Computer Forensics and Computer
Investigations
Dave Pettinari has over 20 years in computer forensics
and computer investigations, is a retired major with the
Air Force Reserves and a retired Commander with the
Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office in Pueblo, Colorado. He
has taught numerous national and state-level seminars on
the use of the Internet in the areas of law enforcement
intelligence, investigations, identity theft and
computer crimes. Additionally, Dave has published over
100 articles in numerous national publications.
Construction and Structural Trades
Expert
Bob McGregor, a construction and structural trades
expert, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Arts
from the University of Northern Colorado and has worked
in the building and trades industry since 1972. His
years of experience have been gained working in both
private industry and higher education.
As a Senior Administrative Staff member at the University of Colorado Denver Facilities Operations Bob’s responsibilities include all aspects of external grounds management, materials handling, custodial services, roads and parking lots, and special events. As a previous Physical Plant Director at another institution he managed all capital construction and controlled maintenance projects. He is also knowledgeable in preparing budget projections and requests, as well as analyzing operating costs, managing inventories and providing technical estimates of time and materials.
Bob also has extensive experience in the construction
industry, having worked as a construction superintendent
and instructor of building trades for the Department of
Corrections.
Corporate and Executive Safety and
Security
Greg McCain has over 23 years experience in law
enforcement and worked for the Pueblo County Sheriff’s
Department in Pueblo, Colorado until his retirement in
2007.
Greg served as the SWAT Commander and as an instructor
in several areas including Special Operations, NTOA
(National Tactical Officers Association) instructor for
rapid response to active shooter, FLETC (Federal Law
Enforcement Training Center) instructor for first
responders to hostage and barricade incidents and
chemical munitions and distraction device instructor.
Greg has also trained employees from federal, state,
military, special operation teams and local law
enforcement agencies across the United States.
Presently, Greg works as a private consultant for
corporate executives and conducts security assessments
at Colleges, Universities, Public Utilities and Private
Corporations. Additionally, he serves as a federal
evaluator for the Chemical Stockpile Emergency
Preparedness Program and FEMA (Federal Emergency
Management Agency).
